鸿蒙版Flutter仓库变更，从仓库迁移看鸿蒙生态进化！

近期开源鸿蒙SIG（Special Interest Group）与TPC（Technical Planning Committee）进行代码仓库迁移，由于未提前在开发者社区发布变更公告，引发部分开发者对鸿蒙技术生态稳定性的担忧。甚至导致大家认为鸿蒙版Flutter凉了，开源鸿蒙凉了等的声音此起彼伏。在这里想说一下鸿蒙版Flutter没有凉，开源鸿蒙也没有凉。

关于变更的原因

查看gitcode的介绍不难发现，GitCode是华为云和CSDN 的联合产品。

2023年9月22号，CSDN 和华为云CodeArts联合推出新一代AI驱动的开源开发者平台GitCode。

所以也就不难发现为什么要做迁移了。

同时我们也关注到华为相关的很多产品其实都在gitcode上托管，比如仓颉，比如arkui-x，以及开源鸿蒙的sig和tpc，后期开源鸿蒙主干也会迁移过来。
